Rt. Rev. Dr. Alexander Marthoma visited our church and a get-together was arranged in honour of the Metropolitan. Our membership grew to 392 on the roll which included 108 families with 99 children with a total strength of 599.

Very Rev. Fr. Remban Yohannan of Bethany Asram also visited our church during this time. H.G. Stephanos Mar Theodosius (former vicar of our Church Rev.Fr. K. K. Punnose) blessed our parish by leading the Passion Week service.
