Our subscribed membership grew to 1196.

A reception was arranged to honour our Bava Thirumeni H. H Moran Mar Baselius Didymus I who was ordained as the 7th Catholicose of the East on the Apostolic Throne of St. Thomas in the presence of our diocese Metropolitan H. G. Geevarghese mar Coorilose and H. E. Mr. Balkrishna Shetty the Indian ambassador to the kingdom of Bahrain.

H. G. Geevarghese Mar Ivanios, Metropolitan of Kottayam Diocese visited during the year.

Our vicar Rev. Fr. Kuriakose Thannikkottu was awarded a Doctorate in Ministry from the international seminary accredited by American Accrediting Association of Theological Institutions (AAATI), NC, USA. Achen published a book titled “Be a Believer’ and a VCD on “Baptism’ which was very much helpful for parishers to study in depth of our faith..

The church observed 30th day of demise of Late Lamented H. H Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Mathews 2nd in the presence of Metropolitan with Adiyanthram sadhya at the Indian School auditorium on 24th February.
